RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the press to 200ºC.
• Remove the lid from the tumbler.
• Hold the paper’s printed side against the tumbler and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
• Press for approximately 180 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed tumbler.
• Remove the paper carefully.

WITH A MUG OVEN/3D VACUUM

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the sublimation oven to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from the tumbler.
• Cover the base of the tumbler with heat-resistant tape
• Adjust the wrap around it or slide the tumbler in a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet.
• Sublimate inside the oven for 5 minutes.
• Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used.
• Carefully remove the paper from the tumbler.
• Cool using a fan or a bucket with lukewarm water.
