RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the press to 200ºC with an 11oz Mug Heater.
• Hold the paper’s printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
• Press for approximately 180 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug.
• Remove the paper carefully.

WITH A MUG OVEN/3D VACUUM

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the sublimation oven to 180ºC
• Hold the paper’s printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
• Attach a wrap for oven sublimation or a silicone sheet around the mug. You can also create a vacuum using a heat shrink bag.
• Place the mug in the oven for 13 minutes
• At the end of the process, remove the mug using a protective glove.
• Remove the paper carefully.
